The wildlife to Wallingford

Wow another great day in prospect... We left Abingdon at 10.30am and it was just idyllic cruising weather. We got to the first lock at Culham and even the lock keepers had the brolly's out for shade. We then passed Long Whittenham and Burcot and soon got to Dorchester. The wildlife here was just fantastic and Thomas was having a bit of a treat. We then got to Shillingford and saw some lovely houses, and then made our way to Wallingford where we got a mooring not too far from the pub. These moorings are signposted at five pounds a night but we haven't seen a warden. Thomas and Al then had a walk round the town and when they returned we had dinner out in the cratch. As the lights on the bridge came on with the candles on Derwent6 it was a very tranquil evening. Still no warden!!!!!
